Court Support Services

Court support services provide information, support and assistance to people affected by domestic and family violence in relation to a domestic violence order and who come before the Magistrates Court. Some services only assist women. Others also provide information to men on domestic and family violence matters and court processes.

Seniors' Advocacy Information and Legal Service (SAILS)
Provides court support, legal advice, referral, information, and court representation in and around Brisbane for people over the age of 60.
